Man denies documents charge
The man appeared in court in Belfast
The man appeared in court in Belfast
A 29-year-old man has appeared in court accused of having documents likely to be of use to terrorists.

John O'Hagan from Lepper Street in Belfast denies the charges.

He was arrested on Saturday by officers investigating a security breach at Belfast's police headquarters in Castlereagh last month.

But Wednesday's court appearance at Belfast Magistrate's Court was not linked to the incident.

The charges are understood to relate to computer disks and other documents seized from the accused's home.

He was remanded in custody to appear again before the court via video link on 1 May.
