	A year ago today the American computer firm Compaq announced 700 redundancies at its plant in Erskine, just outside Glasgow. In the 12 months since then, 10,000 high tech, highly skilled jobs have been lost in the Scottish electronics industry. But former employees are getting themselves back into work. The BBC's Brian Milligan reports.
