Killers strike at Moscow sport complex
Reports from Moscow say five unidentified men in camouflage suits and armed with automatic weapons have shot dead a security guard at one of Moscow's largest sports complexes. It happened at the Central Sports Club of the Red Army CSKA ice complex late on Wednesday. Another guard is reported to have been seriously wounded. Investigators believe the killing may have been linked to infighting among organised crime groups connected to the complex. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
