Switzerland bans Bin Laden book
A French book about Osama bin Laden has been banned in Switzerland at the request of the Saudi-dissident's millionaire half brother, Yeslam, who says it falsely claims there are close links between them.

Yeslam Binladin's lawyer, Jurg Brand, said the allegation could jeopardize his client's ability to conduct his business for many years.

He said he was seeking $12m in damages for defamation.

Yeslam Binladin is a businessman who has lived in Switzerland for more than 20 years and now taken Swiss citizenship.

He says he has had no contact with his half-brother Osama for several years.
