Painted smiles
	It is thought up to 1000 children are living on the streets in the Romanian capital - many in the city's sewers. It is a problem born out of policies to outlaw birth control under the former communist dictator Nicolae Ceaucescu. But now, one charity is trying to help. The BBC's Shirin Wheeler reports.
