Bosnian leader in Saudi hospital
The Muslim politician who led Bosnia-Hercegovina to independence from Yugoslavia, Alija Izetbegovic, has been flown to Saudi Arabia for medical treatment.

He had earlier undergone treatment for heart problems in the Bosnian capital, Sarajevo.

A spokesman for Mr Izetbegovic said his condition was not critical but required specialized attention.

Mr Izetbegovic, a key figure in the 1992-1995 Bosnian war, was a member of Bosnia's collective presidency until he resigned for health reasons last year.
