Witness appeal over temple stabbing
Guru Nanak Temple
The stabbing occurred outside the Guru Nanak Temple
Detectives are seeking witnesses to a fight which led to a stabbing outside a temple in Birmingham.

Two people have already been arrested in connection with the disturbance in which a man was injured and left in a critical condition.

A second man was also hurt in the attack in Handsworth in the early hours of Saturday morning.

More offenders are still being sought.

Nightclub fight

A fight between the two injured men and a large group of other people had started in the Monte night club before spilling out on to the road.

One of the two men, described as a 20-year-old local, was stabbed in the abdomen outside the Guru Nanak Temple on the A41 Soho Road.

The other injured man, also in his 20s, suffered a slight head wound and was treated in hospital.

As detectives made inquiries outside the scene on Saturday, part of Soho Road was closed to traffic.
