IMF talks raise hopes in Argentina
	An IMF official said there had been a fruitful telephone conversation with the interim Argentine President, Adolfo Rodriguez Saa. For his part, Mr Rodriguez Saa said he had asked the IMF for patience and understanding. The BBC's Rosie Hayes reports.
