Nuclear time-bomb

The threat of possible terrorist attacks on nuclear plants in Europe has prompted the European Commission to review current security measures. The UK Green Party says the Sellafield nuclear waste disposal plant is a "ticking time bomb" and is arguing that no nuclear plant could withstand the kind of attacks seen in New York. Some European Parliament members are also calling for all European nuclear facilities to be shut down. The BBC's Shirin Wheeler reports from Strasbourg.
