Venezuela concert stampede kills 11

Reports from Venezuela say at least 11 people were killed and many others injured in a stampede at a concert in the city of Valencia, 100 km (60 miles) west of Caracas.

The victims are reported to have been trampled underfoot.

It happened when a crowd of thousands forced their way into the arena where the concert was being held.
