Mexico's tourism troubles
	The Mexican government begins a rescue package for the country's tourism industry which has fallen by 40% since the terror attacks in the United States. Most of Mexico's foreign visitors come from the US and their unwillingness to take to the air has added to the problems of an already depressed economy. The BBC's Nick Miles reports.
