Investigation into man's death
A post-mortem examination is being carried out on the body of a man found with a serious head injury in south Belfast at the weekend.

David Maughan, 33, from Malone Avenue in the city died on Thursday night.

He was discovered lying near Methodist College on the Malone Road in the early hours of Saturday.

At the time it was thought he had made his way from his home, which was close by.

The police are treating his death as suspicious.
