European leaders to discuss war on terror
	The summit in Ghent is expected to discuss the EU single currency. The European Central Bank's President, Wim Duisenburg, will report on the final preparations for the introduction of Euro notes and coins. The Euro will become legal tender in 12 countries on 1 January 2002. The BBC's Justin Webb reports.
