UK government acts against anthrax hoaxers
	The Home Secretary says he is furious that dozens of hoaxers have wasted the time of the emergency services and created unnecessary fear. His move follows the investigation by police of an increasing number of false alarms. The BBC's Margaret Gilmore reports.
