Money laundering spotlight
	An international conference on money laundering is taking place in Montreal in Canada. One system thought to be open to exploitation by organised crime is the practice of Hawala, a paperless way of moving funds, used in the Middle East and South Asia. The system is explained by Washington lawyer, Jack Blumm, who has investigated money laundering.
