Ethiopia PM reshuffles cabinet
The Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Meles Zenawi, has carried out a sweeping reform of his cabinet.

He replaced 10 of his 15 ministers in a reshuffle which was approved by parliament.

Among the five ministers who kept their jobs were the veteran Foreign Minister, Seyoum Mesfin, and the Education Minister, Guenet Zwedie, the only woman in the government.

Three new ministries were created covering Infrastructure Development, Building, and one for Rural Development.
