| Concert was a joint venture between British Telecom and US telecoms firm AT&T. The decision means 2,300 jobs will be lost, up to 1,000 in the UK. Concert was set up to provide services to multinational companies and BT blames its failure on increased competition. The BBC's Rory Cellan-Jones reports. |
