	US President George Bush has rejected the Taleban offer to hand Osama Bin Laden over to a third country. The Chairman of the Association of Muslim lawyers and deputy Secretary General of the Muslim Council of Britain Mahmud al-Rashid says a World Court is needed to take on cases like that of Osama Bin Laden.
