Fighting the propaganda war
	A secretive branch of the American military, known as "Pyschological operations" - or psy-ops - has begun broadcasting pro-US, anti-Taleban radio messages from a US plane flying high over Afghanistan. The broadcasts are aimed at ordinary Afghan people, to try to win them over to the American cause, and encourage anti-Taleban dissent. The BBC's George Eykyn reports.
