UK farmer begins murder appeal
	Lawyers for Martin argue that he was deprived of a fair trial in Spring last year because of "important failings" on the part of his legal team. They say there is compelling evidence that the 56-year-old farmer from Emneth Hungate in Norfolk acted in self defence when he killed Fred Barras two years ago. The BBC's Stephen Cape reports.
