Lockerbie appeal date set
	Five Scottish judges have been listening to arguments in a preliminary hearing in the appeal of Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi who was found guilty of mass murder. His defence team this morning said they have new evidence which will be disclosed at the appeal, which will begin in January. The BBC's Jon Manel has been speaking to the Libyan's lawyers.
