Scottish students receive exam results
	The Scottish Qualifications Authority says almost three-quarters of candidates - who sat highers - have passed their exams. There is considerable scrutiny of this year's results after last year's fiasco when thousands of students received incomplete and inaccurate results. The BBC's Andrew Burroughs reports.
