	Doctors have realigned a young man's face using nuts and bolts from the DIY store B&Q that cost just £15. Stuart Young, who is 20-years-old, was born with a condition that restricted bone growth in his head. He has had more than 20 operations to try to correct it. In this latest one, doctors in Glasgow used the nuts and bolts to build a frame to lengthen his face. The BBC's Simon Cassell reports.
