Knapp dies at 60
	Mr Knapp was head of the RMT, the biggest rail union, and a ceaseless campaigner for workers' rights. He became general secretary of the National Union of Railworkers in 1983 which later became the Rail, Maritime and Transport union. The BBC's Greg Wood reports.
