Rural recovery chief under fire
	Lord Haskins, the Labour peer responsible for the UK government's rural recovery programme, has angered British farmers by suggesting that they are too reliant on state aid - and should be more like the French. He says many British farmers are not enterprising enough and he predicts that half will go out of business by 2020. The BBC's Tim Hirsch reports.
