Basingstoke-based RSL Com called in administrators PricewaterhouseCoopers on Monday, after the company's board failed to find a buyer. But we now have got several offers on the table and hope to sell this company by the end of the week," said a PwC spokesman. Millions owed Earlier this month Dolphin Telecommunications, which has its UK headquarters in Basingstoke, made up to 400 people redundant after administrators were called in. Half of Dolphin's UK workforce was laid off and chief executive Steve Evans lost his job on 1 August.
