	The grouse shooting season begins in earnest in Scotland and England on Monday. Although it was feared the foot-and-mouth epidemic would have a major effect on the season, special legislation has permitted moors to remain open. However, many shooting enthusiasts from abroad have cancelled because of the images of the disease. The BBC's Ben McCarthy reports.
