Man dies in road accident

A 29-year-old man has died in a road accident outside Portadown in County Armagh.

It is understood only one car was involved in the accident in the early hours of Saturday morning.

It is believed the man's car crashed into a tree on the main Dungannon Road, about two miles outside the town.

Police have appealed for a man and woman who may have witnessed the accident to contact them.
