	The controversy over the treatment of Issa Kamara, the little boy who was tortured in Sierra Leone, has drawn attention to the use of child soldiers there, but he is far from the only victim. The UN is playing a key role in the country, encouraging thousands of former combatants to give up their arms in return for food. The BBC's Mark Doyle reports.
