The first funerals have been taking place of the 15 people killed in Thursday's suicide bomb attack on a pizza restaurant in Jerusalem.

Tensions have escalated in the Middle East as Israel retaliated to the attack by occupying the Orient House headquarters of the Palestine Liberation Organisation in East Jerusalem and attacking the Palestinian police headquarters in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
