Paramilitary-style shootings in Belfast
Two men are being treated for bullet wounds following separate paramilitary-style attacks in west Belfast.

A 17-year-old youth was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital after being shot in both legs and arms, an RUC spokeswoman said.

He had been taken from his home by a gang of men to the rear of Aitnamona Crescent in Andersonstown where he was shot.

The second victim is also receiving treatment in the Royal Victoria Hospital for wounds to both legs.

He was shot at Juniper Way in Twinbrook, on the outskirts of west Belfast.
