Four remanded over killing
The victim was found in an alley way
The victim was found in an alleyway in south Belfast
Four men have appeared in court in Belfast charged with the murder of a man in the south of the city.

The body of Kenneth Oslon, a 43-year-old father of three, was found in an alleyway off Eglantine Avenue on Saturday.

There were angry scenes in the public gallery of Belfast Magistrates Court when the four men appeared in the dock on Thursday.

The accused are: Colin Hanna, 34, from Tollgate House, Belfast, Sean King, 27 from Callanbridge Park, Armagh, Noel King, 23, from Dufferin Avenue, Bangor and Hugh Foster, 36 of no fixed address.

Bail application

A detective inspector told the court he believed he could connect all four men with the charge of murder.

The court heard that when charged, Hugh Foster made no reply and Sean King replied "not guilty".

The court also heard Noel King replied: "I didn't intend to kill or seriously harm him. I am sorry for his death."

A solicitor acting for Colin Hanna said his client maintained he had nothing to do with the murder and that he would be applying for bail.

All four men were remanded in custody.
