IRA threat on NI stalemate
Shortly after the restoration of the Northern Ireland assembly there is fresh concern that the IRA may withdraw its offer to decommission weapons unless unionists agree to co-operate in the power sharing assembly. Sinn Fein's Martin McGuinness warned that the IRA position could still change. The BBC's Kevin Connolly reports.
