Fragile peace
	Authorities in Sierra Leone are trying to consolidate the peace agreement with rebel forces by extending civilian control to some rebel held areas. The rebels still control about half of the country and although they are largely respecting the ceasefire, they seem intent on hanging on to some key areas The BBC's Mark Doyle reports.
