Woman injured in Barcelona explosion

There has been an explosion in the Spanish city of Barcelona, and first reports suggest one woman has been injured.

Details are still sketchy, but the blast happened near a National Employment Institute INEM office in central Barcelona, just metres away from where two home-made bombs exploded in July.
