Texas mother faces death penalty
	Prosecutors in Texas are seeking the death penalty in the case of Andrea Yates, the mother who has confessed to drowning her five children. The 37 year old has been charged on two counts of capital murder after police were called to a home in Houston in June where they found her dead children. She was suffering from post-natal depression. The BBC's Nick Bryant reports.
