| The sex trade in places as diverse as Jerusalem and Kosovo is being fed by hundreds of thousands of women from Eastern Europe. The latest figures from the International Organisation for Migration show that last year alone over half a million were trafficked into the sex trade against their will. They ended up in brothels in western Europe, Israel, Turkey and - increasingly - Kosovo. One of the chief victims appears to be Europe's poorest country, Moldova.
