Senior Indian army officer in Israel
The vice-chief of staff of the Indian army, Lieutenant-General Vijay Oberoi, is in Israel to finalise purchase of military hardware.
The visit follows the signing of a bilateral military accord last month, which provides for the transfer to India of Israeli military technology worth about two billion dollars.
