One Hinduja must be in India
The Indian Supreme Court has refused the three billionaire Hinduja brothers permission to go abroad at the same time.

But the court has allowed Prakash Chand Hinduja, a Swiss national, to leave after furnishing a personal bond of about three million dollars.

And it ruled that the other two brothers, Gopichand and Srichand Hinduja, should decide who would remain in India.

Both Gopichand and Srichand Hinduja are British citizens and have been in India since January to face questions concerning corruption allegations which they deny.

Prosecutors have said they are sceptical about the return of the brothers once they have been allowed to leave the country.

Two of the Hindujas, Gopichand and Srichand, have made headlines in the British media over reports on their relationship with senior British politicians.
