Farmers break foot-and-mouth rules
	Special measures against foot-and-mouth disease are in place at Thirsk in North Yorkshire where it is feared infection could spread to pig farms. Trading standards officers say they have discovered more than 150 breaches of disinfection procedures in the area. The BBC's Tom Heap reports.
