G8 protestors held "illegally" by Italian authorities

At least one of the five British anti-capitalist protesters who've spent the last four days in jail in Italy following the G8 violence in Genoa HAS been released.

Daniel McQuillan was arrested with four others after a raid by Italian police on Saturday night. They raided the headquarters of the Genoa Social Forum - one of the main organising groups behind the G8 demonstrations.

His lawyer, Gilberto Paganni, spoke to PM
