Hardline party takes over in Pakistani Kashmir
A hardline regional party has taken power in Pakistani-administered Kashmir with the swearing in of a new prime minister in the capital, Muzaffarabad.

He is Sardar Sikandar Hayat, from the All Jamu and Kashmir Muslim Conference, which takes over from the previous Pakistan People's Party administration.

In an address, Mr Hayat said his government would work to help the freedom struggle in Indian-administered Kashmir.

His party's accession to power comes a week after the Indo-Pakistani summit failed to produce results on the disputed territory of Kashmir.
