| Scotland Yard is to investigate allegations that millions of pounds are missing from a fundraising campaign run by Lord Archer. The peer, who was sentenced last week to four years in prison for perjury and attempting to pervert the course of justice, launched his campaign to help Kurdish refugees in 1991.
