Train deaths parents charged
	Two girls who were killed by a passenger train had been playing on a railway bridge for up to 30 minutes before the tragedy, a court has heard. The parents of one of the children were sat just yards away "without a care in the world", Swansea Crown Court was told. The BBC's Jane Peel reports
