	It costs more than three times as much to clean a farm infected with foot-and-mouth in England than it does in Scotland. This discovery has focused attention on where the money the government is spending on the disease is going. There is compensation but who is actually making money out of foot-and-mouth? The BBC's Michael Buchanan reports.
