Macedonia

Talks aimed at averting a civil war in Macedonia are resumed. Last week they all but collapsed, with Macedonian and Albanian politicians deeply divided over whether or not Albanian could be the country's official second language. A fragile ceasefire is still holding, but even if a deal is done relations between the two communities have been very damaged by the recent fighting. The BBC's Paul Adams reports.
