Railtrack boss says sorry
Railtrack chairman John Robinson apologised for the company's recent performance as survivors and relatives of victims of recent fatal train crashes staged a protest at the company's AGM. "I said I was sorry and I empathise with them (the protesters)," Mr Robinson said at the embattled group's annual shareholders' meeting in York. The BBC's Tom Symonds reports
