| More and more towns in France are imposing late-night curfews on children under the age of thirteen to try to stop a surge in juvenile crime. Offences in some urban areas have risen by as much as 40% in the last two years alone. Among the regions to impose the ban is the affluent Cote d'Azur, where gangs of pickpockets have been plaguing tourists. The BBC's Robert Parsons reports: |
