| Charlie Robertson who was recently re-elected as the Mayor of York in the US has been charged in connection with the deaths of several black people in the 1960's. At that time he was a police officer and stands accused of handing out ammunition to white fanatics to allow them to kill black people. The BBC's Jane Standley reports. |
