Israel defends
	Israel is consolidating its defences on its northern border with Lebanon close to the disputed area known as Shebaa Farms. The area has been the scene of frequent bloody clashes with the Syrian-backed guerilla group Hizbollah, which claims Israel is still occupying a piece of Lebanese land. The BBC's Frank Gardner reports:
